Royal Westmoreland’s property experts manage all fractional properties. Each year, the owner pays an annual fee, covering club membership, property maintenance, replacement of aged furniture and equipment, landscaping and access to all facilities, including unlimited golf for the owners and their children.

Developer Properties:

These properties have been built by the developer or are currently under construction. At Royal Westmoreland, these range from a one-bedroom apartment priced as low as GBP 322,000 to a six-bedroom detached villa, listed at GBP 9,990,000.

The prices for these properties reflect the age of the accommodation, location on the estate, interior finishes, and demand. There is something for everyone in style, size, and price.

Depending on the construction stage of a home, you can become involved in the styling and the finishes and take advantage of staged payments until completion.
