Today’s fractional ownership at Beach Houses and The Crane Resort is based on fixed-week, floating unit-type ownership. This allows owners to enjoy their chosen weeks every year, but they have the flexibility to choose which apartment or villa type they want.

Beach Houses Fractional Ownership

Fractional ownership is popular in Barbados because it’s a destination people return to year after year, and fractional ownership is a great way to enjoy superb accommodation and save money. Your one-time purchase of the weeks you want to visit each year is yours to use annually. Each fractional is priced on a weekly basis, and the minimum purchase is one week. Prices are lower in the off-season and smaller apartments and increase as you move through to the high and peak seasons and larger apartments. Fractional owners share in the maintenance and running costs at the resort, so it is an efficient, affordable way to own a piece of the rock!
