9-Hole, Par 3 Course

The course has been designed for all levels of golfers, young and old, to enjoy and have fun together in a casual atmosphere.

It is the place for a quick round when time is short or after sunset. With holes wrapping around the signature lake-island green for the 19th hole inspired by the famous TPC Sawgrass 17th Hole.

Built to full PGA Tour standard to present a perfect place to get it right on the wide variety of different shots presented around the greens.

The floodlit driving range is built with mini greens at precise strategic yardages, presenting selected pin positions for famous holes from around the world.

Club House

The renovated porte-cochere and newly landscaped entrance drive with water sculpted lake set the stage for the entrance into the Club House.

The Drunken Monkey Bar is the place to watch the sun go down and the covered patio dining area the perfect place for dinner. There are beautiful Caribbean sea views over the putting green and easy access to the halfway house and fitness centre.

Located where the course meets the Walk of Champions and putting green, the 20th Hole will have an outdoor kitchen, sports bar and lounge.

Sustainability and farm-to-table are part of the Apes Hill culture.

Using over 17 acres in pockets around the 18-hole golf course as farm and beekeeping land, everything from honey and pineapples to blue agave are grown and harvested.

The 2,600 sq. ft. fitness centre is home to the Halfway House, Club House restaurant, Drunken Monkey Bar.

Facilities include lap pool and pool bar, flood-lit tennis and Padel-Tennis courts, cardio equipment and spa. There are also gully nature hiking/biking trails, a Calisthenics out-door gym and fishing in the lake reservoir.

No, membership is only available to property owners at Apes Hill Barbados. Rental guests and friends of members can use the facilities as club or member guests.

What is a leaseback program?

A leaseback is a term used when the developer will lease your home back from you after purchase. The leasee will pay all the running costs and allow up to 10 weeks of use per year.

At Apes Hill we furnish and discount the home to reflect the potential rental income that will be made during the lease and retained by the developer. The investor can unwind the lease at any time, and if they cannot use all 10 weeks, they can put back weeks into the rental program and revenue share on those weeks. We offer a four-year Leaseback on our Courtyard Villas and a six-year leaseback on our Hilltop Villas.

How involved do I have to be in the building of my home?

Apes Hill Barbados offers a totally turnkey service and oversee the build of your home from start to finish and can offer full interior design/furniture package to have your villa ready and waiting for you!
