Fractional Ownership At The Crane Resort

The Crane has long been recognized for product innovation and listening to owners’ needs. Fractional ownership has been available at The Crane Resort for 20 years. Over that time, it’s been continually enhanced to provide what owners are looking for. Today’s fractional ownership at The Crane Resort is based on fixed-week, fixed-unit type ownership. This allows owners to enjoy their chosen weeks every year, but they have the flexibility to choose which apartment they want.

Crane Resort

Fractional ownership is popular in Barbados because it’s a destination people return to year after year, and fractional ownership is a great way to enjoy superb accommodation and save money. Your one-time purchase of the weeks you want to visit each year is yours to use annually.

Each fractional is priced on a weekly basis, and the minimum purchase is one week. Prices are lower in the off-season and smaller apartments and increase as you move through to the high and peak seasons and larger apartments. Fractional owners share in the maintenance and running costs at the resort, so it is an efficient, affordable way to own a piece of the rock!

The Crane apartments are highly sought-after destination and having access to the rental pool is an excellent way for owners to cover the annual fees should they not want to visit that year. The rental pool is open to owners who have purchased a fixed-week floating unit type and owners share in any revenue generated in the pool in that year.
