Encore Club by The Crane is their more flexible shared ownership program. All apartments and weeks at the resort are valued in Encore Points, based on the season, size, and location. To join the Club, you make a one-time purchase of Encore Points. These points become your annual allocation to make reservations into any apartment size, season, or location. Of course, make sure you buy enough Points to book the size of apartment you need and for your length of stay.

Usually, timeshare or fractional ownership is fixed into a specific apartment type and week numbers. However, the size of accommodation you need and the time of year you want to travel will change throughout your vacation life. Encore Points will allow you the flexibility to deal with your changing needs over time. The good news is, you can always buy a few more if needed.
